About 75% of the people in Florida are cheats, liars or scammers. I know because they call me all the time. We are trying to sell a time share and now when my phone rings and has a Florida number, I just tell them not to call back and hang up. Now about the Yellow Bussiness Ads. Guy calls and my wife answers the phone and he wants her to send a check for ads for two years. All my bills are paid in advance and by credit cards. She told him that she won't pay without invoices. He called back and I was home to take the call. I told him I was not going to pay him anything or let my wife pay him because I did not advertise anything with his company. He has a recording with my wife and told me that she said she was to pay but needed invoiced. NOT TRUE!! When we are invoiced she shows me all the charges and I okey them before them are paid by her. I told this guy that she does not do the ads , that I do and I did not do any ads with him.He said he is going to call the Florida state attorney and turn this bill over to a collection agency and somebody would be by the next day to collect not only that money but late fees and collection fees. I said g ood and hung up. Next day he called again and theaten my wife with the same stuff. Now I am really mad. I will probably hire a lawer and get the idot but not a Florida lawyer. Tried that once too. He avertised my towing company in the ads (without my permission) and used my excavation companies name instead and not my towing companies name. How many people are going to call an excavation company to tow their car. I'am 69, still working and no one is going to scam me again from Florida. All my ads are with YEXT and has been for the past year My advice is DO NOT DO ANY BUSSINESS WITH ANYONE FROM FLORIDA PERIOD. NOT EVEN A RELATIVE.

They routinely doctor or edit recordings, to fraudulently misrepresent them as "verbal agreements".
