Calls in reference to my credit card.

At least three times/week I receive phone calls from "Carmen" at Cardholder Services in reference to my credit card account.
They know nothing concerning my credit card. I have been on the "Do Not Call" list for several years, updating the info every year. This company constantly calls anyway. I have actually talked to someone concerning this, and they hang up on me. I have also pushed #3 to be removed from their list, and still they call. I am submitting this complaint. I want them to stop calling me immediately!!!!!
