the installation of my satellite Dish

when they first installed my satellite about a week later i noticed my ceiling leaking i called and a supervisor came and took pictures of the damage they sent another guy out he said that he fixed the problem but obviously he didn't because my ceiling continued to leak now I'm putting on another roof. The supervisor assured that they were going to take care of everything but nothing was taken care of i just want this situation to be resolved .
