Cancellation

This is the worst gym around here - Fairfield County.  I tried to cancel a personal trainer after seven
weeks and followed everything that they required for a medical reason to break the contract.  I
sent all information by certified mail, I faxed information from my doctor's office, I emailed the
girl that I had talked to(she told me she was in Texas!), and I called my credit card three or four
times.  Each time I was told that there was no response from the credit card companies enquires
and every time L.A. Fitness was contacted they said that they never received any information
from me even after the certified card was stamped by their company.  The postman told me that
this is a legal document that they are lying about.  Lies, lies, and more lies.  How do they get
away with ignoring people and reasonable requests.  If you live in this area, DO NOT join L.A.
Fitness - there are plenty of gyms that are cheaper and more reputable.  I have put a block on
their payments and will go  to court if I have to.
