Dear Sir/Madam,
Unfortunately I lost my mobile few hours back somewhere in the market. I tried to call it but it was switched off. I called up customer care. They asked the name and address for verification.
It is registered in my name i.e. - JYOTI PRASAD DAS. But the address they say is not correct. What I can remember is that either I have submitted my passport copy, which is in Guwahati, Assam (House No-10, Ananda Path, Dispur, Guwahati-781006) address or my house rent agreement which is in MIRA ROAD (604, 3A, MARIGOLD, BEVERLY PARK, KANAKIA, MIRA ROAD(E)). But still they say the addresses are not correct and I really don't remember of any other address. What I remember the most is I bought the SIM from a shop in MIRA ROAD.
Previously I stayed in MALAD/GOREGAON. I don't remember of using any documents from that address. If yes, please let me know. I will try to verify that address too.
Please let me know or ask any other question for verification. I think I will be able to answer them.
