lost my baggage of 30kgs containing new cloths valueable items and documents

Sir,
      I lost my baggage weighing 30Kgs. total weight 56Kgs. for which I paid extra luggage of BD.55.00 . The baggage was missing from the Originator airport as to my knowledge. This baggage contained valuable items and clothing for both of us. It is valued around BD.1300.00 Fils ( One thousand three hundred Bahrain Dinar ). Till date my baggage is still missing and decleared lost by your airlines. The airlines has declared final settlement of around BD.475.00. which is just peanuts. As per MONTREAL CONVENTION in 1999 , minimum  claim per passanger is around BD. 689.00. Please arrange to settle this dispute amicablilly at the earliest. Otherwise I will be left with no option but to go to the court .
