Deceptive Sales Tactics

I purchased a trail supply of the product Wen by Chaz Dean, love the product highly recommend it. However Guthey/Renker sucks big time. After receiving the one time product I checked my bank account yesterday and discovered a charge to my account I did not authorize. I contacted Guthey/Renker and they informed me it was my auto-shipment and that charge was the first installment of three. On call number 1 I was informed that I order had been cancel and the money would be placed by into my account, I was also informed I would received a email shortly. When by the afternoon I had not received a email showing the cancelling of my account I called again getting another person who stated that the person I had spoken to this morning and not been accurate with her information, basically she lied to me. The order had already been shipped and I would need to return it upon arrival, I was going to be sent a shipping label so I wouldn't have to pay for shipping and I would also receive a email regarding this. When the email finally came it should that I had a $109.00 dollar balance for items I had not ordered, so I called again and this time I was informed that I would be required to pay the balance if I was keeping the product and she tried to convince me the product. I informed her I was not keeping the product and they would be hearing from my attorney if the money was not placed back in my account within 24hrs. At this point in time the money has been placed in my account and as soon as items clear my account I am going to cancel this credit card and have a new one issued because I do not trust these people they do not tell the truth. Guthey/Renker is a very dishonest company, they charge your credit card without permission then you have to fight to get your money back, DO NOT ORDER ITEMS FROM THIS COMPANY EVER.
