Please provide me with ooredoo contact number. No one is answering the phone, nor I can find an e-mail address to contact complaints ooredoo. Six technicians from ooredoo visited my home with the excuse to change my mosaic system to fibre optics. They have spent a few hours and informed me they will visited me next morning. They have never showed up, they do not answer to any of my calls. I do not have internet, my TV is not working and I have no alternative than take leave from my work and visit ooredoo hoping to solve my problem. I did not expect such a behaviour from ooredoo.

Really hell service thery are providing
There is no skilled staff, no concept of customer service etc...!!!! Pathetic is an understatement.....
I am going to put so much negative feedback on Ooredoo everywhere that people should think of alternatives before going to them.
I'm a 14 year Indian expatriate boy living in Qatar..
I love playing Minecraft with my friends(Multiplayer) So obviously this requires internet connection! But half the time me and my friends cannot play because my connection cuts out every half an hour or so and it really agitates me!
They Claim they have lightning fast speeds and have upgraded the Fiber users who have paid for 10 MB Speeds to 25 MB for free.. And Similarily people with 1 MB Internet speeds to 10MB..
My Dad paid for 10MB internet speed and we're still on 10MB! When it has been around 2 months since they announced this!
Either way, no matter what Internet speed we have, the internet cuts out atleast thrice everyday!
Ooredoo Sucks!
