An annoying automated message from Lloyds TSB card services asking me to press 1 if i was the named person, and 2 if I was not. Goes on from there to ask for other personal info such as my birth day.

These Calls ARE fake.
Ive just had a lenthy discussion with my bank on the phone who can confirm that if any fraudulent activity was going on with your account you would contacted directly by a member of staff and no a prerecorded message.
There are people saying that these calls are real and are from 'First Alert'. TSB have again confirmed only a personal call would take place and they dont dish out recorded messages for this sort of thing. Although 'First Alert' IS a fraud warning system i fear the numbers calling are using this as a smoke screen to gain your personal information.
Once again, THIS IS FRAUD. If you recieve one of these calls just hang up the phone, and dont press any buttons. Do a 1471 and jot down the number who called you and call your bank and pass on the details to them.
NEVER TRUST AN AUTOMATED VOICE WHICH HAS CALLED YOU.
