Liesand irresponsible (GE --- Dryer Service )

Our dryer (GE profile) is not working and GE sends out a technician from MR. Appliance.  Eventually they come out 3 times and cannot fix the problem.  We are then transferred over to A & E factory and they scheduled us for this friday from 8-5 (Even the GE rep thought the time frame was ridiculous).  I stay at home all day today and received a call from the supposed tech saying that he would have to contact his manager before he comes out.  I called their main office and they said that he will be out later in the day (6-8).  8pm I called them back and the rep told me I was already rescheduled for next Wednesday because no one was home - This is a flat out lie because I was home all day.  No one called me tell me I was rescheduled.  I stayed home from work (wasting on of my vacation days).  At least with Mr. Appliance, they come out when they say they will and do not give excuses.

NEVER TRUST A & E FACTORY SERVICE.  THEY ARE LIARS WHO ARE IRRESPONSIBLE AND SHOULD NOT BE ALLOWED TO DO BUSINESS.  THEY CHEAT PEOPLE OUT OF THEIR TIME SO EVENTUALLY YOU JUST FORGET IT AND BUY A NEW APPLIANCE.  I WILL NEVER USE A & E FACTORY SERVICE AND I HOPE THEY GO OUT OF BUSINESS.
