Missing baggage

I lost my baggage weighing 30 kg on 11 Dec 2012, containing my own brand clothes and souvenirs I had bought for the family. I also had some cosmetic products which were not mine and I had to deliver them to a friend.
I have no cloth to wear.
This is really frustrating and I think my whole vacation will be affected by this loss.
I WILL NEVER FLY WITH TURKISH AIRLINES AGAIN
