I had DRI AVG Technologies software on my previous Dell Desk top computer (10 years old)
I recently replaced it with a new Dell Inspiron 15 5000 series Laptop purchased a few months ago. The DRI AVG software was copied onto the new laptop along with personal files. Somehow I picked up a virus on the new laptop
and called the Microsoft Help Desk (as that is the software that came installed on the new laptop) and found I have a virus on the laptop. They spent approximately 1 1/2 hours removing the virus from my new computer and charged me a fee to perform this task. The laptop is now working just fine. I have received 3 electronic charges against my Credit card from your company since this incident occurred:  $50.11 on 8/10/2019;  $42.40 on 7/17/2019 and a third automatic charge of $63.74 on 7/17/2019. Your service is not working for me, therefore I am requesting a refund and want to cancel your service on my new laptop. Please send me instructions on how to remove your software.
