NOT SOLVE MY PROBLEM

sir, My Airtel prepaid mobile number is 9729101322. I am facing
problem of no incoming calls and msg not receive and not sent on this
number since 10 OCT 2012 I have launched complaints several times to
airtel customer care over my alternate mobile (which is chargeable)
because the customer care were unreachable by my Airtel number.
Besides that I send lots of mails to Airtel customer care. still my
problem not resolved. alternate no. is 9991930122
