Why Wouldn't Ncc award them best communication when corruption is now the order of the day everywhere.They awarded them best customer service when those that does the job of giving customers best service and solve their problems are being treated like trash,bin.Airtel call centre staffs receive the lowest salary package out of all the telecommunications companies.The maximum salary is 46000 naira irrespective of qualification.Is this fair?MTN employes strictly BSC,HND because they need competent hands.NCC sees and know the truth yet,they wouldn't do what is right.So many curses on this generation and the ones to come.At the time of Zain,it was fruitful and rewarding.Every employee prayed enerstly for them.When these CURSED Indians came and bought it over,they started ENSLAVING NIGERIANS IN OUR OWN COUNTRY.Most especially their call centre formerly in ABUJA before now in IBADAN former KINGSWAY BUILDING OPPOSITE RADIO NIGERIA IBADAN which is run by SPANCO CHANNEL BPO FOR AIRTEL NIGERIA are enslaving GRADUATES especially THOSE WITH BSC,MSC,MBA,HND, are all treated equally.The MAXIMUM SALARY IS 46000 NAIRA MONTHLY with LITTLE OR NO BENEFITS AT ALL.MTN employs basically BSC and HND for their call centre.THey give allowance of FREE STAFF LINE AND 6000 NAIRA credit monthly.ETISALAT also gives 15000 credit monthly and a free staff line to their call centre staffs + medicals.AIRTEL DOES NOT GIVE THIS AT ALL TO THIER CALL CNTRE AGENTS.They treat them as slaves,pigs and people that does not matter at all in the society.MTN demands 6HOURS from each agents while AIRTEL DEMANDS 9HOURS from each agents yet,they are the lowest paid in the telecommunications world.ALso,when an agent is sick even on the sick bed,they require you to come to work while in MTN all you need is call the TEAMLEAD and he or he would note you called in sick.ETISALAT,GLO,MTN all give allowances to their agents and don't treaat them as trash because they are the core people in the industry.They communicate with customers and also give accurate information about the company's products and services,solve problem for customers.Shouldn't they be treated rightly and fair enough?The lowest salary u can get as an agent in Mtn is 70000 while in airtel,its 35000.why?why?why?The number of hours of work is too much,makes the job more stressful and demanding.The supervisors are harsh,give attitude,feel untop of the world as if they didn't start from somewhere.the Allowance for training would be given to new agents when airtel feels like.It might not evn be paid at all.MORNING SHIFT FOR AIRTEL IS 7am-4pm sometimes 5pm.Is this called morning shift?while MTN is 7am-1pm.MAD INDIANS.DOING ALL THESE THINGS BECAUSE OF UNEMPLOYMENT IN THE COUNTRY.YOUR GENERATIONS ARE CURSED ALREADY IF YOU DO NOT CHANGE.NCC!!
