Unauthorized charges to my bank account

I ordered Wen one time over the phone. They tried to sell me everything under the sun, but I told them I just wanted the TV offer. I was never told that this was some kind of monthly club. Never a mention of my next shipment, etc. Thirty days later I see a bill on my bank statement for 33.94. When I called to complain, they told me the monthly club information was in my paper work!! Paper work I received in the shipping. How can I join something that i never read or agreed to when I paid for the product.

I was laid off my job of eight years after I had ordered the product. This unauthorized shipment overdrew my bank account.(I only use this account for things like this). So now I am out $33.94 PLUS $35.00 overdraft fee. I can't afford to loose one penny right now. Please refund me the $68.94 that I can not afford to loose.

The after i complained about their  business practices, this is what I get in my email today.  

The email from Gunthy Renker states that my account is cancelled and that i now have a balance due of $109. This is on top of the unauthorized charge of $34 to my bank account yesterday.

I never signed up for membership - i have been charged $34 without authorization, which made my account become overdrawn resulting in a $35 fee, and they way they handle it is to let me know that my non-existent membership is canceled but i still owe you $109.

Mind you I have not received  any notice of a shipment from UPS or FedEX ( I am signed up for both to receive notices).  So no shipment has been sent to me as of today, yet i am charged $34 and somehow owe you $109 for product I never ordered or agreed to receive.

What is wrong with a company that condones these types of practices. So sad, because they do have a good product and are killing it with greed.
