The last time I paid my book order I cancelled my subscription. Why are you still sending me books that I do not  want  or necessarily need? I fill forced to pay for something that I did not order. Please put a stop to this. Put a phone number on your invoice so people can talk to a real person.

    It's a cramming scam..
    Whenever you receive a bill for unordered merchandise, file a fraud complaint with FTC, your state AG, and the US Postal Inspector.
