MANY OF THESE COMPLAINTS ARE COMPLETELY FALSE!!! especially the stuff about the BBB. This company is THE BIGGEST IN THE US to provide adventure sports. They have a great customer service department and THEY DO GIVE REFUNDS if the employee gave any false information or didn't inform the customer of policy regarding refunds or weight limitations. They also are under NEW OWNERSHIP and have greatly improved on quality control. The reason to use a company like this is specifically to make sure that your money doesn't get lost. A LOT OF PEOPLE DON'T SHOW UP for their sport and try to get a refund. A LOT OF PEOPLE LIE ABOUT THEIR WEIGHT when buying the tickets. A LOT OF PEOPLE DON'T GIVE 72HOUR NOTICE when rescheduling their sport. Plus if the vendor cancels the ride for weather reasons, they always reschedule with you!! MANY OF THESE COMPLAINTS CAME FROM PEOPLE WHO DIDN'T REALIZE 1800SKYRIDE RECORDS ALL CALLS :-) Have a nice day!

    What recording or even someone live? I have spent most of this morning listening to tat horrible music...over two hours worth and still can get a person to remeed my gift certificate!

    I can tell you from a vendor's point of view that I have had no problems with doing business that skyride has sent me and skyride paying me upon me sending in all redemption certificates that I received from the customers but until recently Skyride has  refused to pay me the money they owe me.  I keep calling Robert Barber and he tells me the check is in the mail but after 3 months of the same story I still have not seen my money.  So now I believe that skyride is a big scam.  Do not use them!
