Written Quote On repair of Whirlpool Duet washer

 A and E repair was sent out by Whirlpool to look at our less than 3 year old duet front load whirlpool washer second time in less than one year. They replaced tub bearing the first time 159.25 this time walked in basement shook drum in washer said same problem wrote up a written quote for 997.17 with out even taking the top off or turning on the machine.
