Being sued by NextGear Capital.

Yes, I am thinking of filing my own counter suite against these Next Gear Capital.  They snatched my money and made it impossible to pay them.  They auctioned off my cars for much less than their value and now they want me to pay them 100K that I do  not have.  With MAFS before NextGear they made about 500,000 on me in fees.  Now that they became NextGear they ruined me and took my money. Will be a part of any class action against them.
