Automatic billing

Call customer service/Trend Micro at 952.646.5980 for unauthorized bills. The representative that I spoke with was curteous and helpful. He verified that my account was set up for auto renewal and, as I no longer use this service, he cancelled my account as of the date of the last billing and gave me a cancellation number. I supplied the cancellation date and number to my credit card company and they immediately credited my account for this auto billing.
