I have recently been charged $55.49 for an unknown product that I haven't purchased. I request  one from the company. I would request that the company provides me transfer data, including where the transaction took place.

    On the 15 Nov I have two amounts come out of my bank account - $94.01 & $47.15. in the name of Digitalriver
    Ireland. What are these for?
