Charged for services I never used

Airtel is charging me for services I never used. I received a bill in the amount of Rs. 1500 for downloading ring tones. The statement says that I downloaded 194 ring tones within seconds of each other. It is very obvious that it's some kind of fraud. Yet, they pressure me to pay the bill and don't take the time to look into the problem. I don't know what to do.

    I am also having problems with AirTel. I purchased a postpaid connection from them. It has been a week and I am still not activated. I've spent many hours calling their customer service but no result so far. They say they are missing some documents. Next time their system is not working. Awful service.
