Debiting my acct. without authorization
Complaint

When I ordered the product, there was a 2 week or 14 day offer for trial. The representative asked me if I wanted to place a recurring order for a lower price of 69.00 which was cheaper than the $89.00 cost of the product. I told her that I did not want to place that sort of order since I was not sure that the product would meet my needs. Therefore, I made it clear that I did not want to continue receiving any orders other than the initial one.
I received another order with another debit to my checking account without my knowledge and called customer service at 801-208-7485 to retrieve my money and send back my order. The representative to whom I spoke said that I could not have ordered without entering into the recurring order plan. I want my money refunded and I want to send the merchandise back. Please give me a way to rectify this situation.
Thank you.

If you have a fruadulent charge on your checking account, file a written dispute of the charge within 60 days of the statement date showing the charge, and close that checking account to prevent future fraudulent charges.
It appears to be all the rage now to offer some junk product on a trial offer, and then start charging for additional orders they just can't seem to stop.
Why does so little show up on the internet under "TrivexinDR", "KCEP Labratories", or "801-208-7485", with nothing on the BBB site? How did you find out about this product?
Why are you giving your checking account number to ANYONE you don't already know and trust, anyway? And why would you use a product on your body, from a "company" that, it appears, is trying to cheat you?
