I did not want this charge. I get no service for it, nor do I want this "service". I am at a loss as how to cancel and rid myself of the charges. I do believe that it is a scam.

Dispute fraudulent charges immediately through your bank, under FRB Reg. E for checking accounts or FCBA for credit cards, and close your account or block your card number due to fraud to prevent additional fraudulent charges. Your bank can reverse fraudulent charges showing on statements dated up to 60 days earlier than your original date of dispute.
Follow up to your bank dispute with a written dispute or fraud affidavit sent to your bank's dispute address, and file a fraud and theft complaint with your local police, FTC, your state Attorney General, and at www.ic3.gov.

I am requesting you to stop your withdrawing of my checking account in the amount of $14.95. I do not remember authorizing you to deduct any such amount from my checing account.
