We keep having calls from these unhappy sadists every day.
The tacktic now is to alternate numbers and call you every day.
The old CBCL number is 1-877-503-2115 which they still use.
The new IQOR number is 1-866-294-1752 which they always use now.
No matter what number you answer too there is no one on the line
THIS IS KNOWN AS "A PRANK CALL".
They are the same scum Telemarketer/Collection jurks who have sad
lives and enjoy harassing people "every day" and many times a day.
Even if you did owe them money, I'd tell them where to go!

Today was Saturday 14, Feb. 2009 (Valentines Day).
They just had to call again twice today just to show
how miserable they can be! At 11:23AM and then at 4:35PM, but
calling them back did no good because they closed early today!
They couldn't even wait until next week to call because they
wanted to "try" and make sure we might have a bad weekend!
No Chance! We'll just continue to post these complaints online
so that everyone can see "Just How Miserable, Wretched, Worthless
And Unhappy This IQOR or CBCL Really Is"! "Complete Wretchedness".

    They did it to me and couldn't appologize enough,
    I told them where to go! never again.

    As an employee of Iqor, I feel your frustration. As a collector I have laws that I have to follow, yet I have to work on a system that will call you 3 times a day every day accept Sunday if it is set up to do so. company policy dictates if someone complains that the agency is calling a wrong number, the number is not removed and the calls continue.... good luck....
