Last Yeahr I have found it on Alibaba an man, they sells graphic cards.

He send me the goods over tracago.com (scam website attention!)
But the products never arrived me.
He use following communication ways:

If you are scammed make an report by the "EFCC" in Nigeria, because the scammer comes from them.
If you locate their Ip-Protocol....
