I called to request to cancel this membership because the promise of many things as gifts cards even a simple email that was to have all my membership information in.  NEVER received this email and month came and went.  Called to have this canceled so I would not be charged the monthly membership.  Seemed legit since I got this offer through ticketmaster.   I was promised that this was canceled and would not be a charge on my credit card.  A week later there was a charge on my credit card.  I called and had to wait 10 minutes just to talk to someone.  Gave them the information I had on my credit card statement and they could not seem to locate my "member id."  UNBELIVEABLE

They can keep charging you forever, as long as they have a shred of "plausible deniability" when they are caught.  "Can't locate your member id" is as good an excuse as any. "Accidentally" failing to send you any "membership information" works just as well.

You cancelled, they kept taking your money. You could cancel a thousand times, and they could say you didn't.  Stop begging for a refund, or they will just string you along to run out the 60 day bank dispute clock (measured from the statement date of the statement showing the charge).

Contact your bank immediately to dispute the charge as fraudulent, and have them block your card number or shut down your account to prevent further charges.  Your bank can reverse charges back 2 to 3 months if you dispute promptly, under FRB Reg. E or FCBA.,

Make sure.. replies to It's a cramming scam..
your bank dispute is not only called in, but sent IN WRITING to the dispute address from your bank statement, mailed certified, and that you obtain and send back a signed affidavit.

If you have any problems getting all of your money back through a bank dispute, contact FTC and your state Attorney General for assistance.
