damage to my walls

I did not know I had the right to complain about the way they installed these wires my home is exposed to bugs and elements due to holes in the wall the cable card was ran around doors any kind of way somethings cant ever be moved because of the embarrsment I have tried to conceal the holes and wires but cant is there anything you can do
