how can it be me?

1-865-272-0015 calls looking for some with my first and last name but different middle name, says I am listed as a relative?? how can that be? says they will take you out of "database" but calls back within a year. How stupid are these people to have someone with same first and last name but different middle name listed as a relative? They need to be put out of business to stop randomly calling people with a name similar to who they want.
