I have unnecessary deduction of money from STC mobile No. 508189627,several times I reached the STC agent and made complaints, but no benefit. many times when I recharged in a few minutes there will be a message saying your balance is 00 "zero". Today 26/8/2013 also recharged  SR. 10 it shows 'zero' balance in a few minutes, I did not use the phone.

Also daily getting deducted 65 hala. even I do not use Internet or any Game in my phone.
