as i changed my SIM to 4G, provided by Airtel, it is showing no service

Airtell offered me free 4G SIM and they delivered and asked me to change in to the new SIM as there is no network shown, and i followed the same, but there is no service now even after 30 minutes. there are emergency in coming calls, how to get connected?
