FRAUD/SCAM

I ordered your trial samples of your Pro Naturals 1oz. CBD Oil and the 1oz. Hemp cream for the shipping price only at $4.98 each which I received promptly and  suddenly I now have unauthorized billings on my credit card account !  This is fraudulent, I never signed for auto ship !  I was told I would have a shipping cost of 4.98 not a billing for free samples that you charged me in the amount of $187.84. Nor did I authorize you to charge my credit card. I notified the bank of the suspicious charge and the bank cancelled my card (at my request). I will return the products to you, henceforth and immediately do not send any product to me again. c
I want a return voucher and address for a full refund of a grand total of $374.68 for two unauthorized shipments. Remove my name and delete my account immediately.
I was told I would only be billed for the shipping cost per order.

Furthermore if this doesn't get resolved promptly with the full amount posted to my account you will be turned in to the BBB and Further action will ensue against you for fraud !!
