Unsolicited calls daily on cell

I have been receiving calls daily from “Credit Card Services.” The number (varies) but looks local and if I return the call, I either get some unsuspecting person or the number does not work. Today, I tried a different approach. I kept the person on the line for a good 20 min (of his wasted time). He wanted my name and credit card expiration date so I put him on hold 3 times to “look for my card.” Each time I asked him if I could call him back and he said no, but I could message him (Rafi Ullah) on Facebook and he could answer my questions. So, I kept him on another 5 min while he attempted to explain Facebook to me. I’m sure i’ll Hear from him again, but turning it into a game was a lot more fun than getting upset at him.
