Damaged Dvd/ Vhs recorder and now Tv

Acct # 23407458 When the Direct Tv was installed he placed the Dvr along with a heavy lamp etc . on top of my DVD player I told him not to and his response is I have never heard of anyone's DVD player getting wrecked. Had just watched a movie the night b4 and 2 days after Direct Tv was installed my DVD player made a funny noise and quit working . Called over 13 x and each time I was told Mr. Flynn I will make sure that this vet's taking care of right away . never a call nor response . Finally  I cancelled my Direct Tv  than someone offers me $ 50.00 off my bill for the damages . " GIVE ME A BREAK " So I purchased a new DVD player while my Fiancee was hear go to turn on my Tv and now that doesn't work any longer . Thought it has to do with Direct Tv so disconnected everything still won't turn on . I have never had a problem with anything till Direct Tv wrecked my property . All calls , letters have been ignored . Makes me sick to my Stomach after being with Dish Tv for 12 years and canceled with them to be with Direct Tv wow my bigest mistake ever . Sham on you Direct Tv it's all about accountability and trust me I will go to the ends of the Earth to make you accountable for what you did .Troy Flynn
