Horrible service n haircut

I took my 9 yr old n 6 yr old to the Great Clips located off Ironbridge rd in chesterfield va and I was treated horribly !! The hairstylist bladed my sons hair n left patches everywhere. When I told her to stop she had an attitude with me saying that's how his hair is?! Then my 6 yr old hair was shaved in the back n left long on top! It look like a lawn mower chopped it off. I'm so furious!!!!!! Then I'm telling the manager how I was talked to n she apologized but that's not what I want!? That hairstylist needs to know you don't treat paying customers like this! This is the worse customer experience!!! NEVER AGAIN!!!!!
