This is a terrible company. I made a reservation online. The reservation was to pick up the rental car at DFW and return the rental car to DAL. After I made my payment I received a confirmation email which stated that I had to drop the rental back off at DFW. This was not the reservation I had made. I immediately called the car rental place and they told me I would have to pay an additional $25 drop off fee and that in order to cancel my reservation I had to call CarRentals.com. Well, CarRentals.com only deals with customers through email and there is no phone number. I immediately emailed CarRentals.com, explaining to them that my confirmation email did not reflect the reservation I had made and asked them to cancel my reservation and refund my credit card. They told they wouldn't do that even though the error was on their end. I will be disputing the charge with my credit card company.

Indian lady, mrs kaur came across as very stuck up. Talking down at me about things that was wrong on her side. Then acting like she's Sixt blue eyed girl when she's said senior management will agree with her all the stuff she has said, what's that all about. What about me as a customer ?. I may of not taken your upgrade or not agreed on the voucher terms and condition that does not give you the right to talk to me like a piece of Sh***.
