Wanted remote access claiming they could fix a problem I was having

Tried to get a wire transfer after conning me into their scam but the bank stopped it, it infected my online account and made all my payments late, they keep calling wanting to get into my cumputer to check it. When logging into www.fastsupport.com it said on the screen "scam" after the possible entries. They got me almost when I asked to have someone to call me from Microsoft to verify them, they hung up.
