I received a call from an 806-340-7566 which is an Amarillo Tx, area code the lady told me that I had taken out a loan on the Internet back in 2010 for 100.00 and that I needed to pay 354.00 or the Attorneys that she worked with were go nna be taking me to court so I said I've did a loan on line she replied maybe you just went in and look at it so you are still responsible to pay so I told her am gonna get with my bank and check and see if some money went into my account, her name that she gave me was London Perri and her direct # 904-257-4257 which is a Florida Number so I did speak with the District Attorney here so please be careful

Lots of scam reports. Use of the terms "mediation" and "legal department" are weasel words commonly used by scam debt collectors as they pretend to be "attorneys". Their use of ambiguity tells us they want you to think they are "a law firm", but they want an out if they get caught. That says they are engaging in deception.
904 area code is Jacksonville, which has been home to a cluster of shakedown scam "collection agencies". The Florida AG periodically raids them if they get too out of hand.
Usual shakedown scam is to use legal threats of a fake "lawsuit" to extort money without providing any proof any "debt" is even owed.
File complaints with FTC and your state Attorney General.
