Don't do it. we are in a pre forecloser we have send many payments to BANK OF AMERICA and they return it, I even send late payments to get cought up. The send leters to HELP us but as we did EVERYTHING they are still give us the run around. I fair ever day that person coming to my door with those papers saying get out.  I have called, and called and called. I even took time off of work to make these phone calls. I am so PISSED that I will be put in jail if I ever get a hold of someone. I been taken to the hospital many times because of these people. They love playing god with your life, beware my friends they are out for money not for YOU.
