Ya I get a lot of these emails saying I got a loan from cash advance America by EFT. An when they tried to retrieve the repayment it was declined but I never ever received a loan from anywhere an they are threatening arrest an lawsuit

    You cannot be arrested for a debt, which is a civil matter not a criminal matter.
    Block and then delete the email.
    You may want to close your account and open a new one with your bank.
