Excess Charging.

I am a prepaid user of airtel for last 12 years and my number is 9892029526. On 02nd February, 2013 I recharged with a Rs. 49 coupon which gives a facility of 10 paise per minute on all air calls. But from 26th February, 2013 they started charging 30 paise per minute without any information. On the same day when I contacted the customer care the executive told that they are wrongly charged and on 28th February, 2013 our executive will contact you and clear all the matter and your wrongly deducted amount will be repaid to you, but nothing such have happened and a message containing my request no. CWRCH30226234507 has been resolved. Contacting with you and were not able to contact you. But no call came from the company. Again when i contacted the customer care a female executive was on the line and clearly told that no amount will be refunded to you and after argument with her told that she will transfer the call to her senior and disconnected the call. This arrogant are their executives. After that a message came claiming to resolve my problem but my problem sill have not been resolved. It is my request to airtel that I don't expect refund of amount from them because they will give unexpectable reasons form not refunding the amount and will blame the customer for that as this is their habit but just request them to resolve my problem or I have to search for another option.
