scammers trying to sell bogus insurance plans call people on the do not call list. will not respect requests to stop calling with their various junk offerings.

I get calls for Health Insurance, Student Loans, Tech Support, and Investment Opportunties. All are from numbers owned by Broadwing Communications. I have decided to start calling the registered agent for them in my state for each and every call. The registered agent in Missouri for Broadwing Communications is CT Corporation System in Clayton, MO. https://bsd.sos.mo.gov/Common/CorrespondenceI ... 83483&version=1 The agents name is Kristen Bolden and the number is 314-863-5545. I would encourage you to contact them and complain.
