After two days trying, my computer returnsnothing but "unable to connect to..."

Received flyer in the mail from Kiefer's Kia in Eugene Oregon, indicating I had won a prize. Went to dealership to collect said prize, received a gift card for www.goshoppingmall.com, but after trying for two days at various times of day, my computer returns only the message that it cannot connect to the site. At the Kia dealership I had to wait in my car in the hot sun for much too long before someone came to help me, a young fast-talking man with an argumentive bad attitude, who eventually went into the office to "check my numbers" (on the mailing I had received) then returned with a GoShoppingMall gift card, which appears to me to be totally worthless. I will never do any business with Kiefer Kia and urge everyone else to shun them as well for pulling what is clearly a scam simply in order to lure prospective customers to the dealership.
