i was told when i bought my house a few years back my mortgage would be fixed at 1478.00 a month well as soon as bank of america says they bought my mortgage from countrywide my mortgage payment went up over 400.00 a month. well i was told to have them prove they paid for my mortgage because they have a record of saying they paid for it and then cant prove they did and if they cant then you should own your house free n clear. countrywide was bought out by bank of america but can they prove they paid for everyones mortgages? well i called a few times to tell them i want to see the papers that state they paid countrywide for my mortgaged they kept saying they had to send me to a different department then i would wait on hold then they would pick up the phone and hang it up on me. my house is going for a short sale because i cannot come up with another 400.00 a month. well this has been going on for over a year and they keep telling me my paystubs and bank statements are out of date. or they cannot find them. i wish they would just let the sellers have the house. and what about all of our pain and suffering for all the prices going up and fees. lets charge them. we should all get together and shut them down. there is power in numbers!

Probably paid too much for it, as Countrywide was a mess.
