    Although your question does not say, it appears that you have received an email suggesting that you have "won" some money, which should ALWAYS raise your suspicions, as this is the opening move in several common scams.  Checking whether some "bank" referenced by a scammer's email exists will not protect you from being defrauded.

    It appears from the posting referenced below, and its apparently phony "reply", that the name "Stream Bank" is being used in connection with a phony "lottery" scam.

    Do not respond to emails claiming you have "won" anything.  They are just trying to steal YOUR money, and you will NEVER get any "winnings".
