2 months and still not fixed and refund not given

First repairman quoted wrong part was broken.  Paid almost $500 up front.  2nd repairman only took 10 minutes installing the part and did not test to make sure it worked.  Refridgerator quit working and lost all of my food. 3rd repairman put old part back in and ordered another incorrect part.  4th repairman finally figured out the part i actually needed was only $22.00.  Still waiting for my refund and a call back from 3 (yes 3) submissions of refund request.  Still nothing and the A&E main number told me that they do not have access to the billing depts. phone number.  SCAM! SCAM! SCAM!!!!!
