damage to central air unit

the direct service tech went in my attic to drill a hole to install a wire for a dvr box and some way he must have lost his footage and grab hold of my air conditioning unit and broke the vent pipe that sends air to two of my bedrooms and he did not say a word about it i found out by sleeping in a hot room got up the next morning open the attic and did'nt have to enter the attic because i could see the damage from the floor.so i immediately call direct on the phone they sent another guy out to take pictures of the damages and i was told to call several phone numbers that only had answering services that never return my call until i left messages of anger.my home is not pleasing to sleep in because it is very hot.and i do not appreciate the tech not saying anything about what he had destroyed i would have felt better. the service that was not pleasing to me i felt like they sent out anon experinced person. he had to call for help from another tech. please hurry and fix my central air.if you need any more info please (901)7446743 i do not like getting the run around at all.

    Take pictures yourself, and follow up with a letter to document the damage.

    If you get the runaround, and the costs of repair are significant, you may have to sue them in small claims court.
