Federal Grant

I received a call from a foriegn speaking lady telling me I have been randomly selected to receive a once in a lifetime Federal Grant for$9200.00 and gave me a confirmation number of AC 1028. Gave me another phone number to call of (202)930-2236. Foriegn speaking man called himself Kalvin Lawrence asked for my debit card information told him I don't give that out. So he told me to go to Walmart and call him back before purchasing a Walmart gift card because he didn't want me to purchase the wrong card. I could hear a lot of chatter in the back ground. They are scammers at work..
