wow I knew I was in for it from day one with Rogers they mess up my first bill and after 4 trips to the store got first one sorted ( half hour drive just to the store in the first place) then I was stupid enough to try to get a phone repaired 2 trips for that to the store and still the dam this wont work. Then 3 times a charm did a upgrade and boy did they stick it to me could have just got the phone alone would have saved money then to upgrade with them. Now I just spent 2hrs in a fight with them because they say I didnt pay a amount from a account I closed with them 5 months ago. After 2 hrs and 3 different service people they found that yes I did pay it and account is closed not to worry I have the papers to prove I did but still have to fight with them for 2 hrs. CANT WAIT TO CHANGE COMPANYS !!!!!!!!!!!!!!
