As well founded and with evidences herein after mentioned, I do firmly complaint against these unknown people vandals and damaged property of great value, with intimidations and rude behaviour threat and unfair treatment and unsolicited harassment, nuisance, shackles and escrow threat, organized willingly without stop, by unknown, Jai Chan, Kris Woodward, Timpson Unit 2 Bentall Centre Kingston London KT1 1TR , and, the third unknown Timpson employee and, others unknown “X”

Receipt of my property special watch Tissot of value £35,000.00
For I went into this Bentall Centre on 22/05/2014 on sake to change my swatch Tissot’s battery and, with several directories from watch stores I find this pointed Timpson, where the Timpson employees pretended being expert and to do that job straight. They asked me which kind of battery I wants, either ordinary or long life one. I hesitated then the eldest of the three employees insisted trying convinced me that the employee appointed to watch service know very well his job that he is specialist. I gave him to do.
This employee supposed named Jai Chan, went to his desk and hide himself, until I could see him with in hands a knife, like a pocketknife with red handle, and he was unsuccessfully attacking the back of my watch trying to force again and again, while of course by this knife attack vandals, he damaged seriously the back of my swatch Tissot in whole pure gold 750/1000, 18 Karats.
I asked him to stop immediately, urge him to. But stubborn he did not stopped at all, and continued again and again. Until I howled twice more, within requesting to look what he is doing to my watch, damaged and vandalised already. He argued that he have to open it and will try until succeed. Then the manager Kris Woodward came when heard me howl to stop that damage. And together these employees Jay Chan vandals and the manager Kris Woodward argued that they will now polish the back of my property swatch…..
I was an instant astonished by such un competence, escrow vandals, but they are so much vandals they even turn on the polish machine ready to destroy my swatch and take out and steal the gold from it.
Again I firmly refused and requested them to stop immediately all, and never touch it again.
The manager declared they will repair my watch. I replied that no body at all from Timpson will touch it again, unless Tissot. The manager Kris Woodward says they will send it to Tissot Switzerland for change the back and the front ( glass damaged also ), that it will takes six (06) weeks long until come back; and that I will come their store pick it up.
He delivered me a receipt. But he put my property swatch without protection inside an envelop, and again showed me not competent and unfair treatment. So as well founded within this merits thereof, I can’t trust them no more and seen the receipt I noticed that no real identity appeared and not enough information. That is why I requested the manager to write his full name, his store phone number, the engagement of what happen such as he says the watch to be sent to the Timpson watch repair Mander House, Wolverhampton, WV1 3NB and from there will be send to Tissot; then Tissot will call me and, after repaired Tissot send it back to the Timpson Unit 2 Bentall Centre Kingston London KT1 1TR where I have to come pick it up. These at no charge for me, such as mention the receipt.
They refused that Tissot send it direct to me. They refused that I sent it myself to Tissot. The swatch Tissot of my property is scheduled to be sent from Tuesday 27/05/2014.
Because they never can be trusted, I contacted both, Timpson head quarter in Manchester, yet the 22/05/2014 around 1:30am when back my home to leave a voice message about these vandals damage and rude and unfair treatments happened as well as to complaint.
I contacted also Tissot to inform them about and enquiry. Tissot replied me quick, delivered me advise and email, where precise requirement of appropriate packaging which secure my property swatch and, Tissot gave me the correct address in London where to send my property swatch for assessment.Which is the Swatch Group department at PO BOX 1642, Southampton, Hampshire, SO15 9AZ.
Then I gave the Timpson Unit 2 Kris Woodward, the Tissot’s advise letter mandatory an appropriate packaging which secure the shipment and the correct address for.
Then at the phase of insurance fees, I declared the £35,000.00.
And here more rude and unfair treatment, defame and racist behaviour came up. Reason why also for my here firm complaint.
Then the Timpson Unit 2 manager Kris Woodward calls the security of the Bentall Centre.
This security officer were called against me, but at first sight it appeared to be benefit for my purpose of witness, as I have to leave my property in their hands, and the security officer, recorded my declaration as well as took pictures of my swatch property damaged.
This Security Officer reference is : Jeffrey Amankwah, security officer, 1 Regent Business Park, Booth Drive, Wellingborough, NNB 6GR, 0800 716 586.
Then the Timpson Unit 2 manager Kris Woodward, wrote declared the lowest value of £1,000.00 for which I request “under reserves”, for it has at the place of the real value of £ 35,000.00. With under reserves this real value still available and the only one acceptable.
Knowing that my swatch property is dully registered with Tissot, and having the real value of it as well as I do have it certificate-receipt.
Twice in two days different, the Timpson Unit 2 manager Kris Woodward abusively defame me with intimidations, while call security officers against me, without any real reason nor rights.
I do not wish these not competent, vandals, escrow and racist Timpson employees kept my swatch property long which increase risks.
First it has been said it will be send yet Monday, then it has been modified for Tuesday 27/05/2014.
Knowing that I am temporarily sick, and without that weaken health, this walk into Timpson would never happened. And considering the delay where have not to kept leave my swatch property at many risks inside that very dangerous store place Timpson Unit 2 Bentall Centre Kingston KT1 1TR in hands of so vandals criminals and racist unfair treatment people, I rather prefer “under reserves” send it, for it is value really notorious, and Tissot having record of my certificate swatch property under my surname full identity.
Knowing and reporting that never at any time, any of these Timpson employees been sorry and apologized for their damaged, moreover they intimidating me, defame me, while calls security against me twice, with unfair treatment, bad and rude and escrow behaviour motivated by racism.
Knowing that until today I never heard back from Timpson head quarter.
